Patrick Woodrow is a UK-based freelance illustrator.

With over a decade of experience, he has worked on a diverse range of projects in fields which include publishing, film and advertising. His artwork has appeared on everything from the TV screen to warm air hand-dryers.

A Film and Television graduate, Patrick has maintained strong ties to the entertainment media, and has a passion for visual storytelling, which lends a sense of drama to all his illustration.

His comics work has appeared in the UK favourite 2000AD and in US titles such as Malibu Comics' Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Malibu Comics' Negative Burn.

Many of his recent commissions have involved Patrick in the film industry where he has produced pre-production concept paintings for the spy thriller The Silencing and hundreds of storyboards for the 2005 fantasy feature film Minotaur. He has also contributed title sequence illustration for The Discovery Channel, and even appeared in front of the camera when he drew Roman architecture on screen for the documentary series Rebuilding the Past.
